  • Cancellation requests for perishable items (e.g., flowers, eatables, etc.) will not be accepted.
  • However, refunds or replacements may be provided if the customer establishes that the quality of the product delivered is unsatisfactory.

Return Policy

  1. Damaged or Defective Items:
  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it to our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The request will be entertained only after the merchant has verified and confirmed the issue.
  1. Product Not as Described:
  • If the product received is not as shown on the website or does not meet your expectations, you must notify our Customer Service Team within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Our team will review your complaint and take appropriate action, which may include a refund or replacement.
  1. Warranty Claims:
  • For products that come with a manufacturer’s warranty, please refer the issue directly to the manufacturer for resolution.
  1. Return Process:
  • To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team for a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Ensure the product is in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact.
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged or defective product.

Refund Policy

  1. Refund Approval:
  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by the merchant.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 6-8 business days.
  1. Refund Method:
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during the purchase.

Exceptions

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at the time of purchase are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.
