- Shipping is initiated within 0-7 days from the date of order confirmation or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
- International Orders:
- Orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post.
- Shipping is initiated within 0-7 days from the date of order confirmation or as per the delivery date agreed upon at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery Process
- Delivery Timeline:
- Delivery of orders is subject to the norms and timelines of the courier company or postal authorities.
- Bixby guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 0-7 days from the date of order confirmation or as per the agreed delivery date.
- Delivery Address:
- All orders will be delivered to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase.
- Please ensure the address is accurate and complete to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
- Delivery Confirmation:
- Once the order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to the registered email ID provided during registration.
- The email will include tracking details (if applicable) for the shipment.

- Delivery Delays:
- Bixby is not liable for any delays caused by the courier company or postal authorities.
- Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs clearance (for international orders), or logistical issues.
- Tracking Your Order:
- For domestic and international orders, tracking information will be shared via email once the order is shipped.
- You can use this information to monitor the status of your shipment.
- Failed Deliveries:
- If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the unavailability of the recipient, the order may be returned to us.
- Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
